Rose’s Sweet Delight is a home-based bakery specializing in custom-made desserts and cakes prepared exclusively by advance order. By using this website or placing an order through any communication channel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All orders are considered custom and are prepared specifically for the client.
A deposit or full payment is required to secure the order date. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, decoration, and design may occur. Inspiration images serve as reference only and are not guaranteed replicas.
Rose’s Sweet Delight is not responsible for allergic reactions. Our kitchen may handle ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Rose’s Sweet Delight is no longer responsible for product condition, storage, or handling.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
